With over 35 years of experience in India and abroad, Dr. N. Jayanthi Ramani is an internationally known board-certified obstetrician and gynaecologist from Kanyakumari. She holds an MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery), DGO (Diploma in Gynaecology and Obstetrics) and MD (Doctor of Medicine).
Dr. Ramani’s career includes significant roles in the Ministry of Health, Bahrain, where she served as a senior resident, and the Ministry of Health, Oman, where she specialised in obstetrics and gynaecology. She currently practices as a consultant at 10/1C, Dr. Sivaranjan Hospital, Asraman, Suchindrum Post, Kanyakumari district where she continues to provide expert care to her patients.
Her clinical expertise spans a broad range of women’s health issues, including prenatal and postnatal care, management of high-risk pregnancies, treatment of gynaecological disorders, and comprehensive reproductive health services. Dr. Ramani also has specialised training in laparoscopic surgeries, Infertility management, high-risk pregnancy management,family planning programs, immunisation and more. She offers both in-person and online consultations to ensure that her patients can reach her at any time and from anywhere.
